About: Community physiotherapy / Dereham physiotherapy clinic

(as the patient),

The health care experience at Dereham hospital, Fiona was very good.

All staff were very friendly and professional and I was treated very well.

I felt relaxed with the staff and I did not feel that I could not ask questions.

I was well listened too by everybody and provided as and when with information, e. g. exercises.

Thank you for the time to provide fedback on the healthcare you received at Dereham.

I'm not sure if you attended our physio department but on behalf of the Trust, I am really pleased that you found the staff so professional and informative, and it is so important to feel able to ask questions without feeling uncomfortable.
