"I am not happy with the room"

We aim to provide our service in a range of settings for the convenience of our service users. Many of our clients appreciate the benefit of being seen in Boots in Skegness as they can combine their keyworking sessions with picking up their prescription. However, we value your feedback and as a direct result, we are now also based in Whitworths Chemist. This offers a quieter and larger space to work in and may suit your needs better. We would suggest that your discuss your concerns with your keyworker and arrange to be seen at one of our alternative venues in Skegness. Depending on your circumstances, you may also be eligable to be seen in a court or probation setting. We continue to offer appointments at Boots every other Thursday and at Whitworths every Tuesday.
