(as a relative),

My husband has Hypertrophic Obstructive Cardiomyopathy.

When he moved in with me prior to our marriage, he was still attending a hospital in SE London. Following my own investigations at Hammersmith Hospital in the rapid access chest pain clinic, I was able to get him referred here for his heart treatment.

We have both been so happy with the level of treatment he has received. Unlike his previous hospital, they actually seem to care and have diagnosed a worsening of his condition [it is hereditary so it has been with him a long time] and are actively trying out new treatments for him.

I have nothing but praise and admiration for the cardiac team here.
