I attended the continence clinic in January 2013, having previously been given the appointment there was no record of the appointment when I arrived at reception.

However, Mr Appyard agreed to see, was very professional and I was out of the appointment in no time at all.

We always use a computer appointment system called 'System one' to book patient sessions and send a text message as a reminder to individuals. Using this online diary means we rarely have the situation where a patient believes they have been given an appointment but we have no record of it.

I am pleased a member of staff was able to see you and you had a positive experience.
