What I liked
Recently treated surgery day unit.Experience was excellent all medical staff to be commended,professional & kind.The hospital spotless so reassuring.I applaud Queen Victoria and suggest the powers that be look and learn so other hospitals( personal experience) could gain excellent ratings. May things continue and i hope management appreciate and support the wonderful medical stuff, from my own personal experience this often not the case.Thank you so glad i carried out research and reffered to Queen Victoria hospital.
What could be improved
maybe seating in waiting area of day unit some chairs not to comfortable if long wait and to many clocks on the wall!!!!
