What I liked
My daughter had a small operation at QEH during November 2007, she received excellent care from the medical and auxillary staff. We were informed at all times about the procedure and were made to feel comfortable and secure as she was a very nervous patient.
What could be improved
The childrens ward was a little cold but every attempt was made to heat up the area in which my daughter was situated.
