Throughout my time under the care of my Consultant I found him to be extremely professional, clear with his information to tell me what was happening and he made me feel completely at ease - which for me is a huge thing, given the fact that I can’t stress enough how nervous I am at even just the thought of hospitals!

All members of staff I encountered during my stay were fantastic.

Overall I am extremely pleased with the Oaks, the professionalism, efficiency and friendliness of the staff and the whole process from start to finish, with excellent communication. Everyone who I liaised with in some way were fantastic, especially my Consultant for his superb services. Considering I was referred as an NHS patient I’d like to say that I was given a top class service.
