I had an appointment at the out patients on Friday 10 May 2013, I knew right from the start I was in for trouble when told they could not find my notes, I should have been first in as I made sure when I made the appointment on line I made it for 9am.as I can not sit for long being in great pain with another complaint, not the one I attended the hospital for on this occasion, Anyhow after watching all these people go in before me, one after the other I finally had to say something as the pain by now was getting unvbearable. It was now 10am, one hour after my appointment time,I told the staff I had to go home because I coul;d not sit there any longer, Still my notes were missing, The doctor agreed to see me but like I say it was an hour after my appontment time, I was in so much pain I could not explain everything to him, And as a result of him seeing me without my notes he just kept contradicting everything I was previously told, I felt at the very least let down and just shruged to one sit after my 10 mins consultation.
