"999 call when we were on holiday"

About: South Western Ambulance Service NHS Foundation Trust / Emergency ambulance

(as a relative),

This feedback was received via the Have Your Say leaflet provided by South Western Ambulance Service NHS Foundation Trust.

We were on holiday when my wife was taken ill. A 999 call meant we were given top quality treatment throughout. The paramedic was brilliant.

This feedback was supplied to the South Western Ambulance Service via one of our Have Your Say leaflets.

It is always reassuring to hear that our staff are continuing to deliver top quality care to patients and families when they need it most.

We are always very grateful for all feedback submitted to our Trust and will use this information to help inform our service developments.

Sara
