What I liked
I have been treated by Queen Vic a number of times and have always been impressed by the care and attention of all staff from the domestic staff through to the consultant who operated on me. The patient areas of the hospital were spotless and I can't get over how much time the staff gave to me to explain my treatment. Thank you Queen Vic.
