"Reassuring and friendly staff"

About: Royal Oldham Hospital

Anything else?

I recently attended the antenatel day unit at oldham

After being involved in a road traffic accident. I was 7 months pregnant and had experienced cramping all morning. As this is my first baby i was very scared and didnt know who to the ring. I was asked to attend the unit to be checked our. From arrival to leaving i cannot

Express enough how comfortable the staff made me feel. From the hca who greeted us on arrival to the ward clerk answering our trivial m questions. The midwife and consultant who looked after me treated me with the upmost respect. They explained in detail everything they were going to do and why and kept a friendly conversation going to relax me. I cant explain enough how

Much easier they made a stressful situation.
