I atteneded the endoscopy unit for an OGD. It is not the first time I have attended the unit and I can only compliment all the staff from ward clerk, nurses, HCA, to the doctor for all their care and attention. They maintained exemplinary levels of privacy and dignity in a difficult situation at all times. The service was quick and efficient without the feeling of being on a production line. As a nurse I know the high standards set in todays health climate and I would like to say to everyone on that unit that they surpass those expectations. Once again many thanks to everyone involved in my care.
