I have recently visited this unit twice in the last few weeks, once with my mother (2 week pathway) and she was treated very well, thank you to the team, they took all the time required to speak to me about her results as I am also her carer.

I myself had to visit the unit last Friday 3rd May, again treated very well and although I was recognised by some staff, as I have previously worked at Srepping Hill I felt my treatment was excellent and very clear information on my discharge.

I now await an appointment for my husband who has today (10th May) referred via a 2 week pathway and expect his experience to be just as professional.

Thank you all in the Endoscopy unit and the pathway referral team.

This was due to lack of administrative support at the time which has now been rectified.
