I was a patient in ward 10 of Heartlands last week and I was greatly impressed and very thankful for the wonderful nursing care. The kindness,patience and professionalism of the nurses was a revelation. I felt we were in very capable and caring hands.

I also found the doctors very willing to answer questions and explain what was happening making the experience less frightening than it might have been.

A big thank you to everyone concerned.
