My wife collapsed whilst out for a walk. Taken by ambulance staff who where from a different area to the hospital. got seen ok by A+ who are always overstreached.

Discharged wrong diagnosis

told an eight hour wait on a seccond visit ! (To A+E)

However she has since collapsed on several occasions and gone back. Diagnosed via a scan and was iformed to visit on a weekly basis for further scans..

Informed would need a opperation and has cancled several times.This has been at less than a hours notice. Phoned up and was put through to a 'consultent' and was told ' This is the NHS what do you expect'.

Tried to complain to management who do not care about the staff or pacients.

fedup and lost out on time and money not to mention lost working hours and plenty of stress
