they do not know what they are doing and they are not interested in their mess ups.
I have now had to pay to go privately to the Spire Portsmouth to see my original consultant that I was referred to in QA Portsmouth, cap in hand, to say am sorry i asked to be referred quicker. These people at the supposed Care (LOL) UK are terrible.
My knee has now got to be re-scanned (Op at care UK was done without the original) and my hip has to be x-rayed.
"Don't go for knee surgery"
