I attended the Epsom A & E Department on Sunday the 5th Of May Around 10am I think?

I would like to say that every member of staff I came in to contact with was excellent.

The receptionist who booked me in was welcoming and friendly, the triage nurse who saw me 1st was attentive, professional and and just the right side of quick to still be caring and personal.

The nurse who dealt with me in The A & E ward had an excellent manner and helped to put my mind at ease.

The Dr who dealt with me, had a reassuring easy going manner, he was thorough and he went out of his way to support me.

I wish I had noted all their names, I think as individuals they all delivered a great service the team should be proud of.

Brilliant NHS service.
