Can't thank the brilliant SHO I saw today enough! They arrived quickly, were very kind, took time to explain my options, understood that I was in a lot of pain and hadn't slept properly for days, were very patient and sympathetic. They did not make me feel that they had someone more urgent to rush off to, which I really appreciated, having been in so much pain for so long. They made sure I fully understood their opinion, my options and what to do next. I was really relieved to have help and understanding after having been in pain from an abscess, which I feel my own dentist failed to diagnose or treat properly soon enough. They did not mind me asking lots of questions and understood that I was a wee bit upset n stressed. They definitely had a brilliant way with patients and I appreciated it very much. Thank you :)

The receptionist was very efficient and polite. The triage nurse who saw my quickly, was very nice, they immediately grasped my situation. Thank you!
