I have had numerous procedures carried out over the years but returned to Fulwood Hall for this procedure having had ACL reconstruction in 1997. This time I was via NHS and had the same surgeon (just as I wanted) and even anaesthetist. The attention to detail of all staff made me feel relaxed. The resident doctor was excellent and took time to discuss my treatment. Nurses were professional in there manner. There did appear on a couple of occasions where duplication of workload occurred. The discharge procedure was smooth and effective and I was pleasantly surprised by a follow up call the day after to see if everything was ok now I was home.

Overall I wish to thank the whole team at Fulwood for making my stay pleasant.. its now down to me to keep up the hard work and get the benefits from a new knee...
