Visiting Clinic 4 is never a positive experience. The staff are always miserable and very uncommunicative and the clinicians do not instill you with any confidence. My mother is in a wheelchair, staff have no idea how to communicate with someone who is in a wheelchair and felt that she would be happy with having her weight and blood pressure done in the waiting room as they could not be bothered to open another door so that she could go into the treatment room. The Consultant is arrogant, rude and lacks empathy.

As an organisation we are committed from learning from specific issues and from any mistakes we have made. Hearing about where we can do better helps us to pinpoint where exactly to make improvements to the service we provide.
