Anything else?
From the minute the paramedics arrived until the moment I left I found the hospital well administered and up to the QCC guidelines. Cleaning everywhere was top notch (nurses scrubbed themselves between each patient and each item of equipment). I was in Ward 4 in Telford (Stroke) and their constant attention to everyone was touching. Regardless of the severity of the injury, everyone was treated well. If I have some minor observations they are: (1) nightime dimming of lights - to be earlier (2) spouses should be able to visit at any time not just during visiting hours (3) the spouses should be given as detailed briefing as possible (I could not talk).
I would recommend, unreservedly, Telford hospital to friends and family. My thanks go to the hard working team on Ward 4 who treated the military well !
