Try finding out during what hours you can have a blood test taken at East Surrey Hospital! web site is useless; NHS website is useless; call and you'll be kept waiting and eventually be cut off!!!

Why don't they give us a list of departments with telephone numbers so we can get through directly? Too difficult??

I've wasted an hour of my time and I still don't know if I can have a blood test taken on a Saturday. Arrghhh!
