One of my parents has been admitted to ward 14, I find the staff unfriendly, that is when you can find any staff. But the night staff , have treated my parent, appallingly, ignoring them all night, treating them roughly, with no compassion. When you are elderly and unwell, you would expect to be treated with some dignity. I will say the doctor's have been good. I think the management need to look closely at some of there staff
