Visited the unit for the first time today , and found the service excellent. I have a rare medical condition which the two doctors had discussed prior to my appointment and had changed the doctor treating me to the one with an interest in my type of problem and how it relates to renal problems. Very refreshing and made the consultation so much easier for me. The clinic seemed very well organised nursing, admin and medical staff all working together and all very friendly and approachable. Well done to all concerned. The only comment I would make is that it would be good if you could send a clear map locating the outpatient unit on the site my instructions were to turn right after the chest clinic which I never did see. But generally well done.
