My wife and I and my wife's mother was called to A&E by a doctor to see a Consultant who was in the resuss unit, this was an emergence, we waited in a line of people explaining in a foreigne lauguage that they had been to Cambridge hospital. I approched the security officer behand a desk who sat next to a police women. I said to him that we had been called to the hospital and that mt brother-in-law law was dieing, he shrugged his shoulers and said that we had to wait in line. I'm sorry but I feel very anger and you showed no respected. In fact when we spoke to the doctor. My brother-in-law had passed away. Thank you very much. we do not want an apology, just a better service.
