Anything else?
I am actually shocked reading some of these reviews i have been a patient on the new chemo unit and i could not ask for a better expereince. The staff were obviously very busy but throughout my appointment i was treated with the upmost respect and dignity. I am one of these people with "bad veins" but the staff were sensitive to my situation/needs. With a new cancer diagnosis everyone reacts differently but i found it reassuring that i could ask the different staff questions and be met with consistant answers without being made to feel silly. I have heard the term "bad news sells" and my gosh your right there. If these issues were so important to individual people these should be addressed with the manager at the time. I cant express more that my personal expereince has been far from this tirade of abuse. If I had seen this page prior to starting treatment I would of asked to go somewhere else. My treatment here has been second to none and I will stand and defend this area. What saddens me is you dont read the positive thoughts and feelings of patients that is so well deserved.
"shocked at what i have read"
