"Really not happy with a n e stuffs"

About: William Harvey Hospital (Ashford)

Anything else?

Me n my partner was waiting in a n e for hour while I was haveing a miscarriage n I was heavily bleeding . He did go to reception couple of times and they wasent willing to help they said I've got to wait I was scared n worried because I know I was loseing my baby and they didn't want to help us until he went and find help from a doctor. I'm really disgusted with the some of the people working there and I hope I never have to go there again with any serious problems.

Thank you for providing us with feedback and I am very sorry that you were unhappy with your experience. I will feedback to staff in the department.

We are planning to change the service for women in the early stages of pregnancy and ensure that women can be fast- tracked to see a gynaecologist in the early pregnancy unit. I am sorry that this was not yet in place for you at the time.
