"sometimes the letters did not ..."

About: Queen Elizabeth The Queen Mother Hospital

(as the patient),

What I liked

sometimes the letters did not clearly indicate what part of the hospital that the clinic was in.

disabled parking only in designated bays views of some of the bays obstructed by the hospital minibus parking .no waiting of queuing area for the disabled parking as the wait each time I have attended has been about 40 minutes often other motorists do not realize that you are waiting for a space and have jumped the queue causing anger .with the people waiting booking in the outpatients department can be quite away from the actual clinic.staff and hospital delivery vehicle's not using disabled spaces just to drop off

What could be improved

more disabled spaces minibus pickup and drop off moved to the outpatients building parking officer to be more on site as i have been in a queue for an hour once and not seen him while waiting for a space
