I have just visited both audiology departments and the whole experience was excellent. I was seen before my appointment time and all the tests were carried out efficiently and pleasantly. The staff are exceptionally polite, helpful and every proceedure and all the results were carefully explained to me. At no point did I feel rushed or unimportant. The NHS at its absolute best, I would say.
