I was taken by emergency ambulance to Bedford A&E for treatment to burns from an accident when I was engulfed in flames from a petrol fire whilst sitting astride my motorcycle. Bedford A&E were incapable of carrying out proper care & treatment of my injuries. Discharged me after about an hour with severe burns that were only given a low standard amateurish attempt at bandaging. My blisters were still forming and bursting & left uncovered. I had to go to another Hospital A&E for proper treatment where I was professionally cared for by a dedicated team of nurses & doctors. I was taken in as an inpatient and stayed for 4 days for treatment that included a skin graft to the worst burn.

I would not go back there again if I was in a position of choice as I have no confidence in their clinical judgment.
