What I liked

i was on the assesment ward i wouldn't use the bed as it had what looked like skid marks on the pillow .

i was offered a chicken sandwhich which had about 6 slices of plastic looking whte stuff in it also wrapped in cling film as if it had just me out of a lunch box i asked several times for a cup of tea i waited nearly 4 hours.

i arrived at 11am i was not given or offered any pain killers i was examined twice i never recieved anything until 1am after i had attempted to go home for my prescribed medication of mophine only i couldnt walk because of the pain when i returned i was given 2 paracetamol.

What could be improved

i have since been told i am to have an operation i have optted to have it in london as i think they may have some patient care hopfully they may have something edible.there are no improvemenyou can make as you have lost my trust i wont even use your A&E i would rather go to canterbury,I dont think the staff stand around chating in the nurses station like they did when i was there
