(as a staff member posting for a patient/service user),

From initial contact with the triage nurse (Ami) through to contact with the Dentist and Dental Nurse, the service was brilliant! ! ! All parties couldn't do enough for me and put me at ease quickly. If I'd of experience Dentists like these guys when I was younger, I'm pretty sure I wouldn't be such a pansy now!
