Alison in PALS is one of the kindest and compassionate pals officers. Her dedication to be a true and fair advocate for patients is outstanding.

Alison has personally helped me during extremely difficult times. My own long term mental health problems have meant that having Alison acting for me during all manner of challenges has been invaluable.
