Nothing - standard of care is generally poor with a very exceptions

What could be improved

SOME OF THE STAFF WERE VERY SUPPORTIVE BUT THE MAIN CONCERNS WAS LACK OF CONTINUITY OF CARE, NO CARE PLAN, MEDICATION NOT BEEN GIVEN ON TIME. AWFUL FOOD.

Care plans reqularly updated, continuity of care, medication that is advised being given on time with clear explanations of side effects and benefits.

Overhaul of the food - more choice and better standard if your in hospital you are sick and need good quality nourishing food
