About: Six Degrees IAPT

(as the patient),

My care for depression, anxiety and phobias is ongoing, and I feel I am getting better. The counselling is very, very handy for me, but I cannot imagine what a terrible state I would be in today.

The care and attention I have been given is excellent. I feel the whole of my family will benefit from my treatment.

I do not think I could have survived much longer without the help of this service.
