(as the patient),

In Hospital at Caswell Clinic, since I've been in situation impossible to get out of. But with the help of moral support from Peter May, he has resolved many situations and attended my tribunal on many occasions, and CPAS. With positive results.

I feel Peter should be promoted. He's loyal, and a great support and will listen and advice of possible outcomes.
