What I liked
my wife broke her leg and after xray were taken she was not diagnosed as such, she was send home without no treatment and just told to take paracetamol. the day after we went to asford where they took the same xray and discovered the fracture, since that time she is still in treatment due to the bad injury.
the second incident was the physiotherapy appointment were mixed up when my wife called to cancel the appointment and asked to rebooked, we went alo twice at the desk and we were promissed to have a phone call back...never came until we called the manager board of the hospital
What could be improved
to have some trained and qualified people
