"Very happy with NHS 111"

About: NHS Direct NHS Trust / NHS 111 Salford Royal / General medicine

Rang the 111 service this weekend and was extremely happy with the level of service and care.

Woman on the phone was very thorough and very helpful with advice. I was dealt with in a matter of 15 minutes and then my problem was sorted.

Brilliant service!
