What I liked

Last week i had to use the walk in clinic service on a thursday evening. Not only was i seen within 10mn, my asthma condition was also 'relieved' on the spot and was sent home with a prescription. I have recently moved from London where my experience of walk in clinics has always been overall negative. I came back for a blood test this week and once again would like to praise the professionalism and patience of your staff. For the first time in years I have felt like a 'patient' and was treated as such.
