I felt I must give some feedback following my visit to Accident and Emergency earlier today. I have been experiencing extreme pain over the past week and as it had become gradually worse I decided to seek treatment with yourselves. I arrived at the reception about 6.45 am today and from that moment onwards I cannot fault the excellent, efficient and professional attention and service I received. From the receptionist right through to the doctor was an A class service and I would like to convey my gratitude for this. In these days of targets and ludicrous expectations which often put professional people like yourselves under great pressure, it was a breath of fresh air to receive such marvellous friendly comforting attention.
