I have been waiting for a shoulder operation for 3 years. The first year i was told to rest for 12weeks even though my shoulder kept popping out a number of times. The last two years i has been a struggle for me because it's affecting what i do on adaily basis (work). My shoulder is now popping out 2 times a week and everytime I go to the doctor (kettering general hospital) they say I have to wait until I receive a letter. After phone call after phone call I have now been told that I am 57 on the waiting list which is an absolute joke.
