Doctor was excellent, was very kind and treated me exceptionally.

Receptionist most unhelpful. New anti-TNF clinic patients are booked via post, and I have run out of my previous supply of meds (I've moved to the UK recently and have been on my meds for over 5 years).

Doctor asked nurse to accompany me to reception and expedite an appointment with the anti-TNF clinic. Receptionist concluded that it was impossible. Going on 2 weeks now in pain.

Whenever I call the direct line either it is busy, no one answers or they pick up and then hang up the phone. Planning go down soon and not leaving until this is sorted.
