What could be improved

i had an appointment the other day and i had to wait nearly an hour and a half to see the doctor, i had to have my feet x rayed and when i finally got seen i was not shown my x rays, or explained to what would happen next, They just wanted to get rid of me to see the next person. i have suffered for years with my feet and i have always been treated like an inconvenience by doctors at your hospital. try improving that
