What I liked

I brought my father into the hospital on 25 Jan 08 for for a carpal tunnel operation.

He has asked me to write to the hospital authorities to commend the way in which he was treated by both the surgical and nursing staff on that day. He has particularly asked that I mention the nurse who attended to him just before and after the operation, making him feel at ease and respected as a patient.

I would like to thank your staff for making sure that what could have been a particularly stressful visit for my father turned out to be a very pleasant one.
