Thank you seems inadequate really, the staff in A&E and MAU were utterly fantastic when my son was bought into resus. The care given to my son from all staff was just perfect, and he has now made a full recovery . The care shown to all the family was outstanding, we were kept informed at all times. Please pass on our gratitude to everyone..

Good morning

I would like to thank you for taking the time to leave your feedback for this Organisation in relation to the treatment your Son recently recieved in the Emergency Department and Medical Assessment Unit. It is always greatly appreciated when a patient or their relative gives the Trust insight to their experiences to help improve our services or feed back to staff and I would like to assure you that I will cascade your comments to the relevent people throughout the Trust.
