Anything else?
Following pre-op day visits to New Hall my first impressions then were more than confirmed during my five day stay for a spinal decompression and fusion operation. My feeling was that every member of the staff worked so well together as a team that this led to an excellence of care that really could not be faulted. Cleanliness was immediately apparent as a priority and from the moment I was received I felt I was with friends who treated me with the greatest respect and with care above and beyond the call of any duty. The whole experience through surgery, nursing care and physiotherapy follow up was amazingly good, I would like to make a special mention too of the wonderful ladies who tended to us with all the excellent meals. The location of the hospital is of course exceptionally beautiful with very extensive grounds. I consider myself extremely fortunate to be able to go to New Hall as a National Health Service patient.
