"Common courtesies"

About: Freeman Hospital

Anything else?

Staff need to remember to introduce themselves as a common courtesy.

I was called in for a pacemaker check 20 minutes after my appointment time – no apology given.

Cannot speak too highly of the care given by the medical staff that I regularly see.

Thank you for taking the time to post your comments about your recent visit to the Freeman Hospital.  We aim to deliver the highest standards of care and communication at all times and it is disappointing to hear that we failed to reach this standard during your visit to our pacemaker department.  We apologise for the shortcomings that you have identified, your experience is clearly not acceptable and the issues you have highlighted will be raised with the staff who work in the department to ensure that we bring about the necessary improvements.
