Throughout my recent treatment at LCH I have been impressed with the high standard of care from all of the professionals involved in my care - ranging from A&E, radiography, porters, staff on Welton-Neustadt ward, outpatients staff, consultant's secretaries & orthopaedic technicians. When I attended A&E it was extremely busy but I never felt ignored or forgotten about, radiographers were very honest but reassuring in telling me what treatment I would need & staff on the ward where I was an inpatient were excellent - despite the fact that I arrived in the middle of the night ! Facilities on the ward were excellent and the nursing staff extremely caring and reassuring. Thank you.
