My first experience of an NHS Hospital for many years. From the prompt arrival of the ambulance, my week in the cardiac unit, and continuing until now, care and treatment and all who looked after me were, and are, excellent.
Such a pity that some politicians and the media have generalised from a few exampled of bad NHS trust management to criticise the whole service.
