What could be improved

I had great difficulty finding out infomation from the hospital about what was going on with my treatment- and when phoning would be past from one dept. to another, I waited over 10 months for an 'Urgent' test.

Most clinical staff excellent although I was discharged by a Doctor who didn't answer my questions and made me feel stupid for asking and a nurse who was very dismissive. The hospital was clean but very badly organised, I would never choose to be treated at PRH again, if I could possibly avoid it.

Far more clerical support is needed, if I could have spoken to one person who would take responsiblity and find out what was happening it would have been great.
